Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order. Please ensure that delivery is available to your address before completing your purchase.
If delivery is unavailable in your area, you may arrange to collect your order in person from one of our store locations in Calgary, Alberta. We currently do not ship orders to PO Box addresses.

Please ensure that all information provided during checkout, including your name, delivery address, email address, and contact number, is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful delivery.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery updates and tracking information may be provided where available.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
We take care to package orders securely before dispatch. However, damage, loss, or delays may occasionally occur during transportation.
Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item appears damaged, is missing, or does not match the order confirmation.
Where possible, please provide your order number, photographs of the damaged packaging or product, and a description of the issue so that we can review the matter.
Shipping insurance may be available through the carrier as an optional service. Responsibility for shipping-related claims will depend on the carrier's terms, applicable insurance coverage, and applicable law. We will assist customers with the available claims process where possible.

We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

7. In-Store Pickup
Customers who choose in-store pickup should collect their orders within seven days of receiving pickup confirmation, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
Please bring your order confirmation and valid identification when collecting your order. Age verification may be required for purchases of alcoholic beverages.
If you cannot collect your order within the specified period, please contact us to arrange an alternative pickup time. Uncollected orders may be subject to cancellation and refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within seven days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
Products must generally be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.
